On our third day in Lesotho we visited an orphanage and brought donations of clothes, toys, medicine, and money. The children that we saw had lost both of their parents (most due to the HIV/AIDS epidemic that has struck that country). They would come to the orphanage during the day, but go home at night to sleep with a relative, generally a grandparent.
